I am back! During the armed robbery at my home in August last year, the kick to my eye turned to a very bad cancer. This bad cancer was cut out of my eye on th 30 March 2010, leaving me with very poor vision. Hence my absence from blogging for a while. All is well as the specialists say that the doctor got all the cancer out and now I can look forward to a brighter future as the next step is laser treatment to re move the cateracks from both my eyes. The joy and excitement of the mature years.
Healthy living with a good exercise program will diffinetly help us cope with the problems the passing years will bring into our lives. I am grateful for my body and I am doing all I can to keep it strong, healthy and dependable. Are you?
