Exercising and Good Nutrient

A healthy diet is not enough to keep the body young, strong and fit.  Good eating habits are essential to good health if you are over 60.  At this age the body does not store most of the vital nutrients needed to keep it active and to prevent unecessary illness.

I enjoy eating fresh fruits and vegetables, raw if possible and in season .  Red meat is strictly forbidden in my diet and milk is also a big no, no.  Fast food outlets would go bankrupt if they depended on me to make money.  I enjoy my own cooking.  Cooking for myself ensures that no bad ingrdients are used.  Yes, healthy living is very important to me and that is why I also exercise 6 days a week.  I love life and I want to enjoy to the full for as long as I possibly can.  I would like to see my great-grandchildren or even my great,great-grandchildren before I kick the bucket.  How about you?  I love to know how you feel about a healthy lifestyle.  Please feel free to leave your comments.
